Designing a Modern Digital Presence for the Guenoc Valley Project

As the UI/UX designer for the Guenoc Valley Project website, I helped shape a digital experience that reflects the project's core mission: sustainable, land-inspired development in the heart of California wine country. In collaboration with visionary developer Adrian Zecha, the Guenoc Valley Project is a mixed-use, master-planned community in Lake County focused on preserving native habitats and open spaces through responsible design.

My role extended beyond the website’s interface to include development of a cohesive web branding system. The site was designed to capture the modern, understated elegance of the landscape, using warm, earthy tones, contemporary typography, and spacious layouts to evoke the serenity of wine country. The user experience was carefully crafted to guide high-value visitors—investors and potential buyers—through the vision, values, and opportunities behind the development. Working through user flow mapping, responsive layouts, and subtle interactive elements, we built a digital presence that not only informed but inspired.
