The CaddieMaster app was created to modernize an outdated, paper-based system for booking golf caddies—bringing speed, clarity, and convenience to both club members and caddies alike. Described as the “Uber for Caddies,” the app enables users to book and pay for caddies directly from their phones in just a few taps. I led the entire product design process from scratch, beginning with early discovery meetings and rough user flows provided by the CaddieMaster team.

Working closely with stakeholders, I translated conceptual requirements into detailed wireframes, prototyped in Adobe XD, and crafted a unified design system inspired by (and expanding upon) the existing brand identity. The product included three distinct user flows—for caddies, club members, and admin staff—all seamlessly integrated into a cohesive experience. The final result was an intuitive, modern, and efficient app tailored to the unique needs of the golf world, completed in just 12 weeks from concept to handoff.
